Wild Coast Trading CC, trading as Black Horse Liquors, provides liquor, soft drink and tobacco Products via physical stores and online via this Website (www.blackhorseliquors.co.za), for purchase in-store or delivery.  All information on this Website is as accurate as possible and if mistakes occur we will rectify these as soon as is reasonably possible upon discovery.


Our business operates on a strict payment in advance basis.  Only electronic payment are acceptable, we are unable to offer credit or cash on delivery to our customers. The making of prompt payment is thus inherently agreed upon by the customer in their placing of an order via the Website.   Cash payment is acceptable upon collection.


We will do everything reasonable to ensure the successful delivery of your Products via our in-house delivery service.  If third-party courier services are ever used we cannot guarantee their efficient performance, however we will use all reasonable efforts to facilitate a smooth delivery process.


Privacy Policy


Your Personal Details, including contact details such as email, phone number and address, may be explicitly requested whilst using our Website for purchasing Products or signing up to our Mailing List.  This information will not be used for anything other than conducting our business, including but not limited to fulfilling orders and marketing communications via email or phone.  In the case of Product Delivery, your Personal Details may be shared with a third-party courier, solely for the purpose of facilitating successful delivery of goods ordered.  We will not collect or store your financial details, such as bank accounts or card details, as these are processed by a third-party provider, namely 2CheckOut (www.2checkout.com). Beyond the stipulations above, your Personal Details will never be made available to or sold to anyone else.


Replacement & Returns Policy


If you aren't completely satisfied, get in touch and we will endeavour to find a solution as quickly as possible.  
- For Breakages incurred en route to you, we will replace the broken items or issue a voucher for the difference.
- Once Products are signed for upon Delivery, no Returns will be entertained, except in the rare occurrence of expired items being supplied in which case please contact us immediately upon discovery and within one week of Delivery.


Environmental Policy


Please recycle packaging, bottles and cans whenever possible.  Where recycling is not possible, please do not litter.
